AZOOSPERMIA
Azoospermia means there is complete absence of sperm in a person’s ejaculate.
The causes include a blockage along the reproductive tract including Vas deferens agenetic blockage and ejaculatory problems or hormonal problem or testicular structure or function. Many of these are treatable, for other cases many need techniques like IVF/ICSI/TESA/PESA.
OLIGOSPERMIA
Oligospermia refers to decreased sperm count in the ejaculate and
Asthenospermia, refers to decreased sperm motility or lazy sperm.
The causes could include Hormonal problems, lifestyle problems.
By preparation, semen sample by our embryologist many of these patients may
be able to conceive spontaneously with IUI.
