ICSI- INTRACYTOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION is form of IVF, In vitro Fertilisation which is used primarily for Treatment of severe Male Factor INFERTILITY. This involves the injection of a single sperm directly into a mature egg. It has a different version as PICSI in which the special medicines contains hyaluronan which binds the sperm that are more likely to have normal DNA and thus allows selection of these bind sperm for Injection.
