Today, there is growing evidence that complementary therapies can improve one’s overall feelings of well-being and may even increase the opportunity for a successful pregnancy outcome when used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment.

We provide personalized and holistic pregnancy care with regular check-ups, scans, & advice on prenatal supplements, nutrition counselling & antenatal yоgа or exercise. We give counselling to cope with pregnancy symptoms and to overcome fear and anxiety associated with delivery. Our certified physiotherapist will teach you simple exercises / yoga to help you prepare for your delivery.
